A small, privately held park on the Glamorgan coast. Forty-five minutes from Cardiff, thirty-five from Swansea. The rest of the world, a little further out.
Nottage is a new park, held privately, set between two golf courses and open farmland just outside Porthcawl. What we do is uncomplicated: we sell holiday lodges to people who want somewhere quiet on the coast for a decent share of the year. Quiet by design, and uncomplicated to own.
Rest Bay is a few minutes away, twenty on foot. The championship links at Royal Porthcawl are a short drive. The harbour and town, with its working pubs and weekend markets, sit two miles south. Tenby, Saundersfoot and the Gower are a little further along the coast.
A ten-month season, from the first of March to the second of January. Your first season's pitch fee, your insurance to the 31st of October, and full wraparound composite decking, all included. No age limit on the lodge. Pets welcome. The price on the lodge is the price you pay.
From the Margaux and Salisbury holiday homes, the deliberate way in, to the Pemberton Glendale, the largest lodge on the park. Priced plainly, £95,000 to £240,000.
Come and walk through one. No photograph gets this right. The doors are open every day, none until five. Call the park on 07498 500 941, or just come. We'll have the lodges open and ready.
